Doni, I think that your veiws on both sides ( the tech. / political ) are well worth reading and in my case , trying to understand! That is the tech side that I need help on! :)

On the political side, I really have to wonder if things are as skewed as they seem? Throwing #108 in with #774 as they did seems totally inappropiate as it wasn't tied to #774 in the 1st place! As unfortunate as it is, I think that the lower court system has way too much leeway to veer away from the structured process in a civil court lawsuit system. It forces and has forced Edig to wade thourgh years of guesswork in the legal system because of a supposed technicality.? The time wasted, the cost to the company, and really the cost to the shareholders which most of us have held on for what seems as forever, is hard to swallow sometimes!

I have read several times that if a shareholder of a given company wants true growth , then they should have to expect to hold their shares of the given company upwards of 15 - 20 years! YIKES!!! Well, I am at 14 I guess that things are looking up:)
