IMO, the civil court can bend a ruling anyway it feels...and does not particularly care if its ruling is over turned by a higher court.... there are no repercussions of any kind…. other than some smart mouth reminding you that your ruling was over turned….

The objective of the SC lower court was to kill time...

At this point, I'm not going to be over jovial if the lower court ruling is turned around. I'm going to feel very ripped off by the system I live under.
