The Argument Continues.... Collateral eStoppel Ruling Appeal.

On March 10, 2014, the Court issued an order consolidating then-pending
Appeal Nos. 2014-1236, 2014-1239, 2014-1242 and 2104-1243, and deeming Appeal No. 2014-1019 a companion case to those appeals. Appeal Nos. 2014- 1236 and 2014-1239 were subsequently dismissed.

On August 21, 2014, the Court issued an oral argument order, setting oral argument for all remaining cases on October 7, 2014.
