It appears to me that the key word here is ``launching``. This means to me, getting it out there for the first time. I think this statement has to do with the launch and has nothing to do with the military application because the military application, if it becomes a done deal, and any other applications that may be in the wind, will come after the launch. As a matter of fact, I read this as saying that the launch will deal with 2 industries, not just one. To me, this is a good thing.
