Both sides have sent in numberous arguments stating case law and previous decisions. Handal knows what he is doing and would not waste his time if he was not 95% cofident he had a great case. We have already settled with numberous defendants and he would not have proceeded with settling this unless he was looking for a Big Win. Limiting both sides to only 15 minutes is a waste of time for oral arguments. They go on for hours in many cases. I think it was just a courtesy on behalf of the judge.
