I would guess that 95% of the communication was written long before Blakeley arrived. The wording has not changed much from previous information. The most significant revision dealt with a change in the projected revenue.

I don`t recall the military term mentioned in prior communications, other than referencing Blakeleys past experience and of course a lot of speculation on the board.

Perhaps they will mention this market with the next guidance, would be nice to see this fit into the puzzle.
