You may be right however, I guess that depends on your point of view. In my tenure as an investor, IMO, there were much darker days:

When we had cash on the balance sheet.

When we were issued stock just to pay the electric bill.

No NUNCHI or No M-S

And, no Flash infringement appeals, opportunities or potential.
