I'll take the other side. IMO the appeal results could come tomorrow, November, Jan.--who knows. Could they also possibly come in September, sure but it is no more likely in September than anyother time. This is the court system, it does not stop or slow down during the summer like the markets seem to. The market returning to a normal rhythm, IMO, also has nothing to do with the timing of the appeal results. It would be a big boost for us if positive whenever it comes.
