Best news I've seen since $24.50!!! Thanks!! They're negotiating because they obviously think they'd lose @ trial. They couldn't agree on terms because the terms must be really rich. B^)

Handel is starting to put on the squeeze. Can't wait for another shot at Apple; or Sony; or...
