Unfortunately, the impression I got, not saying it's right, but the absence of comment brings me to the conclusion their services were complete.
If the company put in a filing update, "IPmetrics is no longer being retained for marketing our Nunchi Patent Portfolio", that sends a negative signal. If they say, "IPmetrics was retained for a specifc function, that task was successfully completed", then we'd bitch they did not accomplish anything. If the company says nothing, except for that HINT on 8-29-13 based on my intepretation, it leaves us hanging, which is not what we want, but that's the way it ended up.
Nunally is outsourced for specfics, a) IP monetization re: Flash-R, b) IP development re: Nunchi & microSignet and c) general all around assistance as deemed beneficial.
The "fanfare" of what Pat does is not glorified in a big way, but his accomplishments are noted by patent approvals and those pending, displayed on the website and mentioned in PR's & filings.
Will a day come that he's no longer needed?
Will they say, "we gave him the boot?"
LOL!!!
Nothing makes us happy when the PPS is where it's at, and that's the bottom line.
