When the estoppel appeal is finally decided what do you guys think well come next?

If it is decided for E.digital, I could see a very hard positive push to get companies to comply! Possibly a few licenses & upgraded fees and even more litigation. I think that given a positive appeal with flash R, companies should take a very hard look at E.digitals other in house IP & how much better prepared they are to defend it before just taking what they want! The positive effect on Edigs other IP could be great in the near future ( 6 - 12 ) months.Though I can see the biggest companies still throwing anything against the wall to see if it sticks! More time in litigation and meetings! Bottom line - If this happens, Edig will surely move north!

If it is decided against E.digital. the litigation should still continue with the expectation that any revenues will be minimal from them into the foreseeable future! Edig will continue to recieve $ from digiplayers, though not much. A few royalty payments (?). We still have the (2) newest IP Nunchi & Micro - Signet for the near future but litigation has just started on Nunchi and could take a fairly long time to resolve! Possibly a way to solve the $ problem could be to discount the cost to get into either IP with ( royalty ) for an on going revenue stream?.

As Emit has expressed in the past, If you don't have a working model ( fully functional ) it would be very difficult to get a customers attention!

I really don't like the discount theory and believe that the ( 2 ) IP's are on an internal Edig schedule!

Lastly, I seriously don't like the idea that litigation is the way for Nunchi or Micro - Signet but I do understand that Edig really needs to get the attention of the industry in general and ( a VERY FEW ) companies specificly!!
