IMO edig, filed for dropcam, a request for extension of time for dropcam to file an answer, dropcam has counsel that has filed an appearance but not an answer (woops, sounding a little too PLANKY!!), it is Edig's federal complaint....not dropcam's.....WE filed the federal complaint.
