Its past history is that they are weak in the court system with settlement that amount to very limited amounts. Here we are struggling to stay alive and there is no fear of any who intend to violate our property. Law suits are in the thieves favor. Aftyer they make billions they have to dole out a few thousand is not my idea of any of them shaking in their pants because they were taken into court for violating our property rights.

After 20 years of being a company that has provide inovations that others made enourmous amounts of money this companie is barely alive. Our history is in their favor and not ours. We have not brought even one company on its heals. We have not prevented even one company to cease and desist the sale of their product that they infringed.

Here we are looking for penny increases as if that is what we are all about. Its a shame that we now see the same thing happening with Nunchi. This crap will never end as long as we play the nice guy. My opinion. ted
