Atul decided to bail.....??? If so not a real solid way to get a new President to take you where you want to go....

Why would Atul, even if he was uncomfortable with being the CEO bail WITHOUT a place to go? In my experience, unless you are financialy secure, this is not done with MOST working stiffs...

If Atul made HIS decision to leave why would he not state to the BOD ``I am uncomfortable with my position and do not feel I can do it justice therefore I am giving you notice, but will stay until a replacement is found`` This is a normal business practice...

Perhaps he did but the BOD did not accept his offer instead asking him to ``clear out`` right away.

The ``absolute, factual`` truth may never be known from ``RP SPEAK`` but my info is Atul did not just quit.....

But who cares....as long a Mr. Blakely is a more formidable replacement...
