doni - Back then I don't think anybody really cared about standards, as we see now, it was one for all n all for one. The left foot didn't know what right foot was doing at neither edigital/intel or ti... we got quashed in our efforts n ti made-out like bandits.

Now per Nuchie not coming about if standards were established, that would depend on how much nunchi relies on microOS imo... I thought the encription patent mighta been the key-link but oviously not; sure nunchi is a communications patent/s, in-amongst itself but has jumped the relm of flash memory into algorthims which will only make the courts rulings more ambigiuos for everyone involved.

And don't we know Qualcomm/broadcom/STM/frescale/etc, are next to be named.
