Aside for a hard attempt for cuteness, what is your relation to the Delphi Oracle? You both sound the same.

Now, I can count a long list of grievances about the management of Edig starting with the recently published contract with our attorneys. Fred should have approached people that do acquisitions and mergers professionally like, for example, equity firms and/or bankers in the various financial centers. Not attorneys who are already very busy with other issues. The new contract (addendum) does not have any clause for termination; yet, it is not clear that such terms are included in the old contract and, if so, whether such terms apply to the new contract since the issues involved are quite different.

These are my latest complaints. Yet, on the other hand, can we change our CEO? The answer is a clear NO. Exactly whom can we hire with this salary and the present prospects? Moreover, our resourses are very limited.
