I don`t know what indicators you prefer but the ones I use all point to no action at this point. I like to use DMI and MACD for determining if a move is on. I also use stochastics (way oversold now, which is good for buying if MACD/DMI say a trend is in play - which they don`t) and RSI (now below the 50 line). OBV doesn`t show anything and the momentum is below 0. The bollinger bands seem to be constricting still which I suppose might indicate an expansion is imminent. I don`t use BBs tho.

The gap down from .145 to .14 was done with little strength but I suppose you could look at that.
