Defendant-Appellee Woodman Labs Inc. dba GoPro provides notice that its
corporate name has been changed to GoPro, Inc. (“GoPro”). GoPro therefore
respectfully moves this Court for an Order modifying the caption to reflect
GoPro’s corporation name change. The caption of Action Nos. 2014 -1239, -1243,
E.Digital Corporation v. ZTE Corporation, ZTE (USA), Inc., Pantech Wireless,
Inc., Pantech, Ltd., and Woodman Labs Inc.
should be modified to reflect the
corporate name change of “Woodman Labs Inc.” to “GoPro, Inc.”
STATEMENT OF CONSENT
The parties have conferred and Plaintiff-Appellant E.Digital Corporation and
Defendant-Appellee Pantech do not object to this motion and will not file a
response.
