the withdrawal of the brief and the corrected brief (by Pantech, etc) is nothing but a change in the style (heading---names of the parties)..no big deal

our extension was based on the fact that the appellate court had not yet ruled on our motion to dismiss the ZTE case....as it is "Settled".....
