The year end report, due NLT end of this month, is the time for a complete company update. The fact that there has not been a PR since the last one Feb 12, well...we can make an issue out of it or just accept the fact there was nothing of significant value lets say, so they did not.

Having said that, when settlements were reached, EDIG did a PR...the DM days. Handal days, there were a few PR's then they stopped...even Handal stopped. Looks like the legal strategy changed and, THAT'S TONY HANDAL'S CALL!

Last thought...is Fred "sand bagging" news for the 10-K and a PR that will accompany it with bullet points of the last 12 months of achievements?

If Fred starts a PR campaign with a bunch of worthless hype, I'll be the 1st one to march over there and tell him he's a dumb azz!
