The RPX denial

My oh my...that document says it all.

- Says that Apple is a thug (paying others substantial sums of money to attack)

- Says that Apple lies to bodies of authority, PTAB (claiming RPX made all decisions and had total control)

You cannot tell me a company that does this and lies about it is not capable of using 3rd parties to short and attack the stock. If Apple does the former, which they did, they are not only capable of, but are likely influencing the latter.

We need a writer to document all of the things that are now "on the record" and reveal how Apple truly attacks patent owners.

So perhaps this is why it was so important to settle with AAPL!!! The small fry have no playmate/DEFENDER to hide behind without APPL. Makes sense to me. No wonder they are all folding ( ducks in a row ).
