is the ``factual`` knowledge that (whoever) who are willing to ``put their money where their mouth is`` seem to see EDig as an investment that has enough potential for GOOD returns. It has happened again today....I do not believe the refinancing was done the way it was done unless some pretty concrete occurances were known by the ``angel`` to make the deal....

VERY POSITIVE.....unless EDig has the holders over the barrel by ``either you do this or we close the doors and you have nothing``

I would prefer the former scenario....
