I remember a few times at SHM's a question would come up as to why EDIG has done nothing to go after those who used our IP without paying for it. I mean, it was not just a light bulb that went off one day in 06/07 saying , "hey, lets monetize our IP."

Prior to that "plan" the reply would be, we do not have the funds...words to that effect. That could not have been the only issue IMO, but.....?

Looks like the laches defense did not impress the judge with this mega bucks bully going after a little pizzant 7 person firm...JMO.
