Good idea...at .02 another million would suit me just fine...lol.

One time I called for an appt to visit and said I had some questions from our group. He said, sure thing, how about next Thurs at XX AM?

He went further to say, if the questions cross that line, be prepared to hear me say I cannot answer that, look for Company communications.

By the time I eliminated the questions that "crossed that line" there was no reason to visit so I cancelled.

This was many years ago, so I've learned what should not be asked.

Even at a SHM, certain questions cannot be addressed.

I call a CEO of another company I own now and then and it's the same drill. He's an attorney too...even more quiet than Fred.

Personally, I don't have a problem with it.
