Comments of whether or not mgmt has returned a call or not, replied to an email or not, responsed to a hard copy letter or not, has been discussed far as I know, ever since I have been in EDIG begining Mar, 2000 so it's fair to assume this has always been the case since 1988.

This issue has been focused on Fred since RP's departure Dec 15, 2010. http://www.edigital.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=63:edigital-announces-change-in-company-management-a-board-of-directors&catid=:news

1st, lets not forget Fred has not been the only CEO and with the others who were in this role, RP was still the primary contact for IR.

My main efforts to have contact with the company was always Robert, until he resigned. I had dealt with Fred ever so slightly, as it was not necessary. I'd put a number on Robert's responding to me, regardless of what type of communication method it was, at 75%. I asked him 1 or 2 times over the years why he did not get back to me, with him saying words to this effect...every now and then a shareholder asks a question in an area that is too sensitive to address/company confidential. I make every effort to respond, but there are times it's best I do not.

Begining in Jan, 2011 I slowly got to know Fred better thru an occasional visit, call or email. I also made a point at SHM's from 2009 and beyond, to have small talk with Fred before and after the meeting.

If you folks remember, we collectively put a list of questions together for the Mar 14, 2011 podcast Fred and Pat did to introduce Nunchi. There were 23 questions, of which Fred stated..." I have received questions from SH's and we will attempt to answer them directly or indirectly." 18 of 23 were addressed, the others "crossed that line." That's 78%...lol.

We then put a list of questions together for the 2011 SHM and Fred did not address any of them...zero%.

If I start Fred's "report card" at Jan, 2011 to present, regarding replying to me, he's a B+ or lets just say 75%.

I sent him an email Tues (a question) and Wed (a suggestion). I did not expect a reply to my Wed email, but Tues I did and still do. I have to say though, I think the Tues one, crossed that line, which I do now and then. If he ignores me, that is my clue to have gone too far.

I have also called Fred on rare occasion asking, "why have you not replied to my email? "Joe, this is not something I can discuss with a single shareholder. Any updates will be in the form of company communications."

I used to email QCOM IR, who had 5 people in the department at that time, and never once got a reply..their report card was a F!

To me, all this talk about "the company never responds" is total BS. It might not be total BS for a few, but you are in the minority.

Bottom line, get over it.....
