Not at all....that's exactly what has happened 40+ times.

When EDIG sold eVU to airlines, they called them partners.

When referencing lawsuits and expected settlements, they were also refered to as partners to license Flash-R, ditto goes for microSignet & Nunchi licenses if/when they occur.

To me, they are customers, but EDIG's chosen "language" calls them partners.

Everyone can interpret company statements as they wish.
