This explains it to be the case...and among current licensees, of our Nunchi and microSignet patents
During the CO 19 suits, 1 company came forward and licensed Flash-R without litigation.
The 1st microSignet patent was issued officially 10-29-13. We sued Intel 12-19-13.
Fact of the matter is, consumer electronic outfits sue each other all the time and are doing business with them as well. Checks and balances at it's best.
8-29-13 SHM..."more than 50 and less than 100 notified of the Nunchi Patent Portfolio?" was BLR's question, and the answer was "yes, and many conducting DD." This means they signed an NDA as offered via IPmetrics.
So, we sued 7 + 19 + 13 + 41 = 80 and I think the Flash-R licenses to date are around 40+
Yup, these lawsuits have created an interest in licensing m-S & Nun.
RP quote at the SHM 11-19-09: "Our enemies today will become our partners tomorrow."
Computes for me...lol.
