I don't fully understand the above sentence. Did you mean something closer to:

Regardless... if the relatively quick Apple settlement included or was due to any kind of agreement to work with e.Digital in a way that would be truly beneficial to the company, then it would have to be on paper meaning a signed contract.

If EDIG had a signed contract with Apple to license our tech or to partner with us in any meaningful way, then that would have been a material event and would have been disclosed.

Nothing has been disclosed therefore no relationship of any substance currently exists with Apple.
