Plaintiff e.Digital Corporation (“Plaintiff”) hereby voluntarily dismisses this action WITH PREJUDICE as to the Defendants as follows:
- 1) Shinano Kenshi Co., Ltd. as to Plextor branded Flash Memory Storage products only;
- 2) Shinano Kenshi Corporation, dba under the brand name Plextor, as to Plextor branded Flash Memory Storage products only;
- 3) Plextor LLC; and,
- 4) Plextor Americas
Each party shall bear their own costs and fees with respect to this litigation.
