Said this before, but I asked only 1 question at the SHM.

Q: Will IPmetrics be involved in marketing microSignet?

A: No.

Obviously, this means EDIG will handle this in house. The inventor is the most knowledgable person to present to prospective customers along with help from the team as required, plus hopefully Allen's Intel contacts for example.

Also said this before.....In my words, IPmetrics was retained to perform a specific function re: Nunchi and that was a) determine a "value" for licensing, b) notify prosective customers of the patent portfolio which also included legal notification and c) those interested would be required to sign an NDA before further info is provided for the to conduct DD.

Result, thanks to BLR's line of questioning...more than 50 and less than 100 conducting DD. MSFT was mentioned to get "thousands of requests to evaluate IP for their use, this takes many months." Cucumelli, "we are the tail wagging the dog." In short, it was explained these DD efforts by big outfits takes time.

IMO, this means (HINT) IPmetrics has completed it's assignment, passed the baton to Handal & Assoc. This statement, although shows us needing legal representation for licensing efforts, is not conclusive that IPmetrics is still in the mix or not, but I suspect (IMO) Handal can use their services as required for a fee, as they do with Blue Sands IP, ditto EDIG using Nunally.

So bottom line, IMO the baton was passed to Handal and the EDIG Team.

Should Fred just answer the darn question vs us posters trying to piece together what the heck we think IPmetrics involvement if any is still active...a BIG YES!

For whatever reason/strategy he has not given a definative statement to date, who the heck knows, but there must be some sort of reason for being vague.

I also don't think it's worth the "brain power" to even worry about it, but the emails have expressed a need to know, the thought has been planted, so maybe one day he will clear the air in a PR and if not, OK...fine.
