There are still outstanding oprtions available at various prices, one being as low as $.022. The total available that haven't expired is 4,040,000 at the end of the last fiscal year, with various expiration dates.

The new options ae available from the last approval of the total share authorized, and will increase the outstanding shares.

These options have an immediate exercise of 25% of the total for each person as granted. The expiratiion date for all of the new options is 3/25/2018, but they will be fully vested after 1 1/2 years based on the grat stating 25% for each 6 months.

At year end they still had approx 3 million authorized shares for new options.
