"It is time"

DRVEN, IMO, not just yet...but soon.

He's not going to convey any message of positive concern to the investing community, of any kind, in front of unknown legal issues. That would equate to bad management of company affairs. He simply does not have the answers for us.... yet.

His hands are tied...as is ours....and have been for some time now.

At some point that will change and if it's for the better...IMO, he will communicate in some fashion his frustration.
