Lucky for me that chart doesn't apply where I'm currently based here in Singapore (cap gains tax = 0%), but I don't want to sweat it out here forever waiting to turn a profit (or at least recoup my investment from 1999, per BLR's recent poll where I thumbed #3). Dr Mike.
