Case Number 14-1239.
Upon consideration thereof, IT IS ORDERED THAT:
(1) The motion is granted, and the appeal e.Digital Corporation v.
Research In Motion Limited, et al., Fed. Cir. Case Number 14-1236, is
dismissed.
(2) Each side in the Blackberry Appeal shall bear its own costs.
(3) The revised official caption for the pending, consolidated e.Digital
appeals that have not been dismissed by virtue of this order is
