I think it was relevant only because RyanAir was a past customer of Wencor`s digEplayer, which directly impacted EDIG, until they opted out of portable IFE. Their CEO has been focused on gambling since the beginning and by the looks of it continues to pursue that option for ancillary revenues.

They did mention a system interfacing with portables. By the looks of IFE, EDIG will not likely be involved, but it wasn`t a result of the gambling industry`s efforts.

It was unclear to me if they meant a system that interfaces with the passenger`s portables or a digEplayer type device.

I think deBeers, like me, was just following loose ends and sharing with the board...certainly more interesting than most of the recent discussions, imo.

Get that gambling ``chip`` off your shoulder...lol.
