Not for OTC Markets.

OTCQX & OTCQB need to have one every 2 years.

OTC Pink do not have to hold them.

Having said that, I totally agree with you, therefore he will either hold one this year or do a web cast allowing us to submit questions in advance.

Just my opinion!

If something of significance happens, IMO he'll do it!
