Heybrad, it seems you were WRONGwith your prediction listed below. That's alright, even the best of us can't be right all the time. I've been WRONG many times before myself. So, your guess of 54k per settlement seems to be way low, the actual numbers equal 153K per settlement. Approximately 100k per settlement low... that's a big chunk of change when you add it all up. That's about 800K low total and we don't actually know who settled. Wish I knew what Apple did.. hmmm.

Side note. Even though true they most likely won't say apple paid this amount they do reveal in the filing how many companies cover 10% or more and they usually reveal those percentages in order. So we will know by mathematically figuring what the amounts are of those companies that paid over 10 percent. We just won't know example who paid the 10, 12, 12, 18 percent. But if one company paid much more say 60% it can be assumed it was apple. Those are my guesses and to be honest I am not sure how many settlements this will include. Just guessing 6. So my average settlement guess is 54k. Remove apple and it's about 24k.
