Well, just who does know? APPL knows and so does EDIG. Just who in those companies knows the specifics is up for grabs. Some other people can know the basics without knowing the details.

Additionally, there are people that know from what happened in court. And there are people who know from what happened in the past!

APPL and long time shareholders who have done there homework (and still can remember after waiting all these years) know what happened in the past!
