pretty much...

I say that, because, the issue in question regarding 774 and claim 1 item b of 108 is a relatively simple issue to understand.

Everyone wants to do it....as it is simple.....mixed with the right OS methods...like the details of 445 and earlier variants.

The defendants in CO challenged the issue and got a, somewhat, positive result of...NO RAM INVOLVED....

e.Digital on re-exam of 774 made its concerns known, identified and got the issues approved.

108 is specific of stating there is RAM involved and that is why it was used as support issue in the response to the defendants motion to induce CE.

I say they all know what it's about ...and they are watching. Microns news this am tells me they know.....and I see that news as a stick in our eye.

It's like he was waving it in our face...it was so blatant. I just hope e.Digital can wave it back in his face.
