"Patent " 108 " still in forceful play !"

That, because 108 was never brought against Apple.....as stated many times here.

If Apple went to an appeal it would have been for 774 only, as 108 was not part of the litigation against Apple. The only issue that would have gotten a dis-positive final judgement would have been for 774 only.

In the Huawei case ...there was a dis-positive final judgment against 774 and 108.... as 108 was part of the Huawei litigation.

Samsung also has to worry about 108...
