I'm wondering about the Collateral Estoppel appeal.

For those of you who follow the legal battle here, what are the top 2 or 3 reasons you think we have solid evidence, procedure, and/or reason to think we may prevail? Doni and others see the importance, and I do, too, but I'm having a hard time getting my head around why we would. Can someone point me to a site that outlines our position?

Do we have Handal's appeal in our archive?
