The part that sticks with me..."the CO court did not have the benefit of the USPTO decision at that time."

In other words...my words...the new suits were filed after the 774 & 737 reaffirmation with ammended claims....

Got my law degree right here...lol.

I still think above is the crux of it.

IMO...darn it!
