Thank you for Fred's view. Now, if the court sees it the same, the Intel suit will survive or fail on it's own merit. I'm thinking that the CE ruling won't come until next summer and that it will be decided on technical procedural questions.

We are taking the O'Shea route, throwing a lot at the wall (lot's of law suits) and hoping something sticks.
