Joe, with all of the data you, could you construct a flow chart showing all of the claims by claim number and those applicable to the CE ruling, including the appropriate decisions and perhaps the number of suits filed for each claim.
Something along the templates as shown for flow charts under Google, it would eliminate a lot of confusion on a complicated subject.
If I understood all of the data that doni has posted, I could do, but I get lost trying to digest it all, lol.
Perhaps doni could flow chart the overall litigation of the claims, etc. I think it would be helpful to many posters.
