Our problem in the past was that we did not disclose what ever agreement was made or understood. remember those NDA's. We were screwed by the very people that tied us up in our NDA's. Maybe what we need id more exposure not less. So far Fred has said nothing and we are going nowhere and going there as a result. Fred the mime is allowing those he has hired to tell him what best for the company. Maybe they are right but then they could be wrong. Whats wrong with others coming to know what is transpiring with these settlements big or small what ever. It seems we fall into the same pattern as we did in the past . m Wew say nothing and other come and take our pants down. Here we went after another 39 infringers and it produce what? A so called settlement with Appl and what we got was a 2 cent rise. and we can't talk about that either. Fred is better than the government in keeping secreats.
