We already know Handal is always in settlement discussions and what percentage of time that takes up in Fred's days is useless information for us.
Why in the world would he announce that we are officially NOT making large settlements? So as to give the other side a negotiating edge? Isn't it obvious that they want larger settlements? We do not need to be told that!
If they do in fact successfully license either Nunchi or Micro Signet or both that would be a material event and he would announce it. It is not like he has signed license deals that he is not disclosing. The mere fact that there has not been a PR about a Nunchi or Micro Signet license means there is not one as of now.
It seems that your suggestions are for Fred to say things that are obvious for a company to be doing. What good would that do you?
