friend. I recall from the SHM that Fred told us all that the Nunchi product was being reviewed by many companies (50?). When asked about APPL he replied, as I heard it, that it was "in their hands" for a few months already. Of course I went crazy! I voiced my thoughts that to put the product in the hands of someone who screwed us before was nuts. The assurance was that on Nunchi we have valid and secure patents this time. So out to the companies it went for there tire kicking. And any tweeking of the patent is delt with by our attorneys and the patent office. So....

Therefore, while APPL is could be fighting us on the one hand about current litigation ( our enemy) APPL could be working with us on the Nunchi ( our friend ).

Makes more sense to settle old scores before venturing into a mutual partnership IMO. It's easier to work with friends. Is that the case here?

I just keep thinking about what Fred told us at the SHM and how that all figures into what is going on now.

I also keep picturing Tony sitting mostly silently in the back of the room taking it all in......
