737 is not under the stipulated constraints of the SPJ...and a deal for 737 is not out of question.

It would mean A deal would be at half strength if one happened....prior to the Appeal being finalized.

With that consideration, I still say...Apple, get lost...we'll come back in year for full price....without hardly any litigation.....In the mean time, we have a ton of rocks to look under.
