IMO, depends on how 737 settled....on device specific issues...and what happens for this issue....if the appeal is positive.

The big bucks on 737 , IMVHO, depend on the appeal. The appeal puts proof positive in 737 without doing any heavy-duty litigation. 737 is not under the stipulated constraints of the SPJ...and a deal for 737 is not out of question.
