e.Digital just recently asked that court for a two week delay so that new issues can be added to the record.

Which was part of O'Sheas recent ramblings....perhaps he considers that he was victorious on that matter ....in forcing the delay and the new matters be added to the appeal.

and then settled after seeing the pacer motion show up in the appeal.

IMO, Apple is not friendly to us...so don't get hung up on that buyout stuff. That action shows me Apple was not looking to the future of any buyout matters.

Part of our future is in the appeal.
